About the organization fee

In addition to the listed in-kind contributions during the festival weekend, the organization fee covers the costs for the entire event organization (preparation of the event, permits, GEMA fees, insurance, technical equipment, photo/video, course marking, printed materials, decorations, rental cars & travel costs, other material costs, facilities/accommodation, catering, equipment for volunteers, tax advisor, annual financial statements, taxes, etc.). Much of this is not directly visible to you, but is essential and not insignificant! Our catering at the XXL athlete buffet is unique in the running scene and goes far beyond the typical aid stations. Additionally, we organize the popular and previously free "TRAILDORADO on TOUR" event series with multiple dates per year in Germany and neighboring countries.

Individual Runner: from 119 EUR

The "I like to move it move it" early bird rate applies for exactly 24 minutes from the start of registration. After that, the following price tiers apply: until 28.2.: 129 EUR, until 31.5.: 139 EUR, until 30.9.: 149 EUR (subject to availability of race entries. Late registrations are not possible). The registration timestamp is decisive.

4-Person Relay Team: from 379 EUR

The "I like to move it move it" early bird rate applies for exactly 24 minutes from the start of registration. After that, the following price tiers apply: until 28.2.: 419 EUR, until 31.5.: 459 EUR, until 30.09.: 499 EUR (subject to availability of race entries. Late registrations are not possible). The registration timestamp is decisive.

* Since 2019, based on your request, in addition to our stylish winner trophies and medals, we also offer a cool participant medal as a souvenir for EVERY participant. We must order these by LATEST 31.8. To avoid unnecessary waste and costs, all registrants until 31.8. are guaranteed to receive the medal. Please do not rely on receiving one if you book after 31.08.

Accommodation (optional):

The price for overnight stay at our event location directly on the track is only 31 EUR per person, including breakfast and bed linen (multi-bed room)! This is very affordable, extremely comfortable for a 24-hour run, and highly recommended even for the most frequent runners among you! You can also book overnight stays for accompanying persons. If you are interested, please make the booking directly at the SGV Jugendhof.
